At Suzani Khayati, each piece is carefully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. For this reason, we encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original packaging and tags must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production, the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Items purchased on sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
